Amanora means trust.

Trust is the foundation of how we work. Amanora Consulting is a boutique HIPAA compliance firm in Miami, Florida. We help dental and medical practices meet the HIPAA Privacy, Security and Breach Notification Rules.

What we do

Most practices know HIPAA matters but aren’t sure where they stand. We start by finding out: a gap assessment compares how your practice handles patient information with what HIPAA requires, and rates each gap by risk.

Then we help you close those gaps. We write the policies and procedures you’re missing, coordinate business associate agreements with your vendors and train your staff. With a monthly retainer, we keep it all current as your team, your vendors and the regulations change.

We explain everything in plain language, so your team understands not just what to do but why.

Where we fit

We’re not your IT company, and we’re not your law firm. We work alongside both.

  • Your IT provider

Keeps your computers, network and software running and secure.

  • Amanora

Turns HIPAA’s requirements into the assessments, policies, training and records your practice needs, and keeps them current.

  • Your attorney

Gives legal advice and represents your practice if a legal matter arises.

Your practice remains responsible for its own HIPAA compliance. Our job is to make that responsibility clear and manageable.
